I filled out an application online to be a cook. I did all the easy requirements they asked of me and soon enough I was sent an email of the time and place for the interview to occur.
Pretty straight forward, most applicants go through one or two in-person interviews, often with a shift leader or manager. The questions focus on customer service, teamwork, and work ethic. Some candidates are hired on the spot, while others may wait a few days for a background check before receiving an offer. The overall tone is friendly and conversational, making it a comfortable experience for most.

Interview
Straight forward, pretty standard interview questions applied online and then went in for an in-person interview. I was then given the supervisor's number for the chain, had an interview via Facetime with them, and was told I would get a response in three days. No response but safe to assume it was a no go.
Easy. Asked alot of critical questions and about people skills. They are big on customer service and they want to be like Chick fil a. They want you to move in a very fast pace.
