Had an initial screening followed by an assessment where I was instructed to answer support style questions while using their platform. I was informed that the position had already been filled while I was on the assessment stage.

After Phone screening, they send me at home assessment .
Which includes very basic questions.I answered all correctly and thoughtfully.
After 2 days they responded not moving forward. What kind of company do this. They wasted my time. Very bad experience .

I had a long, multi-step interview process for a role at PandaDoc, including multiple interviews and a detailed take-home assignment. After investing significant time and effort, I was informed much later that they had moved forward with another candidate.
