Interview
- 2 Interviews (1 with manager and 1 with owner)
- Took about a week to hear back after final interview
- Great energy in store and kind staff right off the bat (which was a plus)
- Typical in store interview: asked me about 10 questions, then allowed me to ask any questions I had
- After words she said she would be reviewing the interview with her boss/owner and if there were any more questions she would follow up with a call or a 2nd interview request.
The interview itself was fairly formal with your standard questions. Mostly asked about any prior experiences and if we had any questions. The manager seemed chill and was easy to get along with.
I applied online and was called asking to come in for an interview. I was asked a couple of straightforward questions relating to the job role by the Assistant Manager. I was then called two weeks later and offered the job over the phone.
It was a group interview, and overall it felt pretty easy because the questions were straightforward, the environment was relaxed, and everyone had a fair chance to share their thoughts and experiences.
