Interview
I met with the Area Manager of Northern Washington and he was outstanding. He went over my application and asked me key questions to my skill set and has ref me onto a Manager Position in Catering or Cafe. It was one of the most fun interviews I have had in a long time. i was surprised to see that Panera really encourages there Managers to train and develop staff from within to be promoted. I am excited to move forward with Panera breads!
