I applied on thursday, called Panera on a saturday of that week and I was asked for my name and the hiring manager will get back to me. From there sunday I received a call back to schedule my interview on monday. I got there 5 minutes early & spoke with the hiring manager, I think it went well because within those 30 minutes she scheduled a second interview with her boss that thursday
Received a call to schedule interview, went in and met with team member. Friendly, and very informative. Learned about the company and enjoyed the process. My only concern would be the hours.

Simple, straightforward questions. Don’t stress and you will be fine. No trick questions, use common sense and be truthful. The questions are basic, entry level, and easy to answer with a day of preparation.
