Interview
I applied and 2 weeks later i received aaa call for a interview. I came in 10 min. early since my interview was at 1:30 so I came in at 1:20. I wore a nice blouse dress shirt , black dress pants and flats. I left my jewelry to a minimum of nothing more than stud earrings. The night before the interviews I researched about Panera, and I also printed out a hard copy of my resume to seem more professional. I was asked the basic questions Why do I want to work for Panera?, What position would i like? etc. The interview lasted about 15 min. it went well and now I am just waiting for a call back.

Interview
The manager that took care of my interview was amazing. Asked me questions like why I wanted to work there, my strengths, my weaknesses, what does warmth mean to me, what i would do in certain situations.
In Annapolis there were 2 interviews they asked me why I wanted to work there my pass experience in previous job & my availability honestly it was relatively easy and they were down to earth
it was a good process and they asked for my background and any other relevant expericen. They were very welcoming and allowed me to talk about my past and ask as many questions as i had.
