I was asked about my plans for the future. Many of the questions revolved around my ability to problem solve and work with difficult customers. I was also asked about my availability.

If you are dealing with a difficult customer, how would you react?
Received a call to schedule interview, went in and met with team member. Friendly, and very informative. Learned about the company and enjoyed the process. My only concern would be the hours.

Simple, straightforward questions. Don’t stress and you will be fine. No trick questions, use common sense and be truthful. The questions are basic, entry level, and easy to answer with a day of preparation.
