Quick, free drink offered, the review was over my professional ability, ease with others, communicating well, the customers can have very specific requests, the no jerks policy, dress code, computer use for their system, safety in the work place.

Filled out application online, then I went in to check up on application. Asked to talk to a manager. Was interviewed, and hired. Started work about a week later. The interview itself was uncomfortable because I was very qualified and was just hoping for the right salary offer.

Textbook group interview. They did more talking/telling than interviewing. No one seemed to know what they were doing. It was difficult for them to answer my questions. The Panel seemed to have trouble comprehending simple answers to their questions.
