Interview
I applied online, next day I called and asked to speak to the GM. She asked me a few simple questions, seemed interested, asked me to come in following Friday. So a week later. Had an interview. But we mostly chatted and got to know each other. Felt as if I was talking to a new friend. I was hired on the spot.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Panera Bread (Orlando, FL)

Interview
Interviewer (who was the manager at the time) was a nice person, charming in the way he spoke, understanding, a good listener, and good speaker. I didn't get the job, but he was still very charitable when interviewing me.

Interview
an easy interview, basically just asked some basic questions about availability and legalities and called it a day. they pretty much just hired anyone who could legally work for them.
