Informal and somewhat pointless. Off topic questions verging on inappropriate. Inexperienced management performing interview wasted a lot of time with small talk that had little to do with actual job or personality

The Panera interview felt more like a friendly chat than a grilling session. The cafe aroma was incredible (seriously, major points for that!), and my interviewer put me at ease right away. We talked amidst the warm hum of the bakery, which actually helped me relax and focus. The questions were straightforward, mostly about customer service and teamwork, but it felt like a genuine conversation about how I could contribute to their team. Overall, a positive experience - a breath of fresh air (pun intended) compared to some of the stuffy interviews I've had.
