It was ok. My manager at the time was really sweet but very desperate to find work. People came and went out of that store, mainly because it was a bunch of high school and college kids doing the bare-minimum of work, being paid minimum wage; but hey at least they can put that on their resume for experience

Very short and brief, they don't look at your application until the interview, which is disappointing since they were looking for longer-term candidates instead of seasonal. If looking for seasonal work, make sure to ask if they are hiring for seasonal employees before applying!
