The process was pretty simple and easy. I applied online and then came in for an in person interview that was like 15 minutes long. Was offered the position the next day.

Question 1
Previous experience and how to deal with a difficult customer
I applied online. I interviewed at Panera Bread in Nov 2015
Interview
Pretty easy. Applied and got a call a few days later for an interview. When I got there for my interview it was around lunch time, I had to wait for the manager because they were pretty busy but he was really nice about it and apologized for making me wait an extra 20 minutes. Before we sat down for the interview he offered me something to drink before we start and he even offered to make me a smoothie because he felt so bad for making me wait so long. Interview itself was very short. Asked me where I went to school, what my availability was, if i was interested in part time or full time. Very straightforward questions nothing too tough.
I interviewed at Panera Bread (Virginia Beach, VA)
Interview
The manager that took care of my interview was amazing. Asked me questions like why I wanted to work there, my strengths, my weaknesses, what does warmth mean to me, what i would do in certain situations.
In Annapolis there were 2 interviews they asked me why I wanted to work there my pass experience in previous job & my availability honestly it was relatively easy and they were down to earth
