Applied online then came in for an interview. Was fairly simple, asked my experience and how I see myself fitting in with the rest of the team and workers. Also asked how many pizzas I can fit in my car.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Papa John's (El Paso, TX) in Feb 2012
Interview
They take you to the office and ask you really standard questions such availability, previous jobs, and if going to school. The interview by itself is not challenging they just want to know if you fit the schedule to be covered, and the trust, since drivers hadle some money.
I applied for the job, got the call back for an interview and got started after signing the contract. It wasn't hard, they asked me a few questions about my past experiences and my goals of the position.
It was easy enough. They asked me if I can drive and come on time. I said I did. They also told me I have to add something to Glassdoor to keep using it. Please disregard this note, I never actually worked at Papa John's
