Applied online then came in for an interview. Was fairly simple, asked my experience and how I see myself fitting in with the rest of the team and workers. Also asked how many pizzas I can fit in my car.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Papa John's (Muncie, IN) in Apr 2013
Interview
Very laid back; asked me almost nothing about the job. Talked about personal life most of the time. I found it very annoying since I came away not knowing much about the job. I was hired, but had to ask for most information. Management became better after I was hired so it may not be the same anymore.

Question 1
He only asked about my personal life, very unprofessional.
I applied for the job, got the call back for an interview and got started after signing the contract. It wasn't hard, they asked me a few questions about my past experiences and my goals of the position.
It was easy enough. They asked me if I can drive and come on time. I said I did. They also told me I have to add something to Glassdoor to keep using it. Please disregard this note, I never actually worked at Papa John's
