I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Papa John's (Homosassa, FL) in May 2012
Interview
The interview processs was extremely informal. I walked in to the establishment, met with the hiring manager, spoke very briefly and was told to fill out an application. After that, he told me I was hired and I had to go to the DMV to get a copy of tickets/registration. They didn't vet me in terms of my customer service skills, motivation to work there, or anything of that nature.
Applied online then came in for an interview. Was fairly simple, asked my experience and how I see myself fitting in with the rest of the team and workers. Also asked how many pizzas I can fit in my car.
I applied for the job, got the call back for an interview and got started after signing the contract. It wasn't hard, they asked me a few questions about my past experiences and my goals of the position.
It was easy enough. They asked me if I can drive and come on time. I said I did. They also told me I have to add something to Glassdoor to keep using it. Please disregard this note, I never actually worked at Papa John's
