Paper Mart interview questions

Had an interview for 2 hours had to take a test I passed it interview went great I was told I got hired they sent me to take a drug test physical and pass and they were checking my background and then I get a phone call 4 days later to say they went with a different candidate

I interviewed for a warehouse position at Papermart. I first had a phone conversation with Human Resources. I was then called in to sit with a couple of managers. The process was easy and the questions focused around experience and work objectives and DID NOT go into harder questions like “how does your life relate to your job”? The managers just want someone who understands their position and works hard.
