- 1:1 15-20 minute call with the recruiter - 1:1 hour long call with the hiring manager - Take-home technical challenge (2-3 hours) - Panel interview reviewing the technical challenge (1 hour) - In-person presentation (45 min presentation and 15 min for Q&A), followed by three 1:1 interviews (30 min each) - The whole process took ~4 months. I didn't hear anything after 10 days of my final interview so I followed up and was told they were "completing initial interviews and decided to move forward with other candidates". I asked for feedback and got no response.
