In the first call with the HR they ask you your expected salary, to describe yourself, describe a situation that gave you some qualities, your strengths and weaknesses.

Proceso de 3 entrevistas. La primera con RRHH, seguida de una con un miembro del equipo y una última, con caso, con el director del departamento. Proceso eficaz, rápido y amigable. Caso sencillo.

Me han hecho un proceso de tres entrevistas, más un caso de negocio en Excel para que luego no digan si había quedado o no. Muy mala experiencia ya que uno esta pendiente de los resultados.
