They sell you the job with a long, long "Always Be Closing" type speech and the interviewer read a ten page speech out loud. They made it clear if you did not sell in two weeks you were fired.

Easy. If you apply, you will get the job. However, that doesn't mean that you will necessarily keep the job for long as there is an unspoken "sell within three days or you're fired" policy on the part of the owners.
