I applied to the role on 26th May and got a rejection email on 30th May. It has been the most empathetic email that I received so far as a candidate. The recruiter provided information in relation to why they preferred other candidates who possessed more experience and knowledge of their industry. Really appreciated the time they took to give this information.

Interview
In-person interview. Industry assessment with founders of the business as well in-depth analysis of experience and growth strategy capabilities. We spoke about restructuring and refuelling business sales.
The business wants to scale up so we looked at different strategies on what may work, and what should be avoided. This also included a SWOT analysis of current resources.
