Interview
1 - Excel Round : Smooth, handled really well
2 - Interview Round 1 with Reporting Manager: Good conversation- asked about previous experience, excel skills
3 - Interview Round 2 with CCO: The CCO was quite arrogant. While I understand salary negotiations - calling a candidate not good enough, dismissing their previous experience, tell them they lack excel skills (how did you let them clear round 1 then? That too with a ~90% score in your own assessment) and don’t add any value to the company is not the way to go about it.
If a candidate really adds no value to your team then please let them know in round 1.
