Interview
I applied for a Manager-In-Training position with Parallon as a way of trying to get my foot in the door in Healthcare Management, and I thought I may have to take a pay cut and or a lower position than what I held at the time.
I received the first call within a couple of days of applying from the recruiter who did basically an initial screening over the phone to verify my experiences and goals . He wasted no time and scheduled my first interview that same day.
The first hiring manager recognized that my previous management and finance experience can be better utilized at a higher position in another department, and recommended for that department’s manager to interview me .
I received a call within two weeks for the second interview, which was very thorough and reflected a high level of professionalism.
1 week after the second interview I received an offer and accepted !
The overall process was very professional and I feel that I have rightfully earned that position :) I can’t wait to start !
It was a swift interview process. Three rounds; phone call with the recruiter, meeting with other MITs/Regional Directors, and final interview. Overall, it went as expected and they value when you show keen interest and talk about specifics.

Interview
I applied online, from there you have to do a behavioral assessment. After that, I had an interview with a recruiter. This was probably one of the worst recruiters I've ever had a conversation with. Not only was she late to giving me a call, she jumped right in to telling me about the role, and was speaking so quickly I could barely notate what she was saying. Then she only asked me 3 questions, and with each response I gave, it's like she didn't even actually listen to what I was saying because her response to me was robotic and vague, like reciting her replies from memory or a paper. The interview questions were all the ones you see listed here under the reviews for the MIT role. Received a decline email at 8pm at night, 4 days later. Pretty disappointing considering I prepped for like 4 hours!

Interview
Interview process was warming. The interviewees were very nice and it felt more like a conversation and not an interview. I was able to talk about my experiences a lot in leader ship as well as the healthcare field.
