I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Parallon (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2015
Interview
Interviewed first with recruiter, then the hiring manager, and lastly now peer interviews as well. The recruiter was awesome! Hiring manager was ok during the process, but the new peer interview process was not very organized. Should assign a group monitor that regulates the peer interview.

Question 1
Are you one to research it yourself when you come across something unfamiliar or do you reach out to someone to just answer it for you
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Parallon
Interview
First I must say I applied two whole months prior to getting any communication from them. I had forgotten I even applied and was shocked when I got the call. They called on a Friday evening and the interview was set for the following Monday. I waited maybe 15 minutes to be interviewed after arriving at the office and I was interviewed by two people, the manager and team lead. It was a straightforward question and answer/ tell them about myself type of interview. They were both very pleasant and easy to talk to.

Question 1
There were no difficult questions. Just very straightforward.
I applied online. I interviewed at Parallon (Nashville, TN) in Aug 2017
Interview
Very Unprofessional. I was contacted directly by the manager and had a phone interview. That went well and I was contacted for a second interview via email. The manager never sent a confirmation with a list of people I would be interviewing with, so I reached out the day before to make sure it was still occurring. When I arrived at the interview, I was told by the hiring manager that my interview was delayed by 30 minutes because they couldn't find anyone to interview me. I took a small test and waited in the conference room for the interview to start. A bunch of random members from a another team came in and spoke with me for 30-40 minutes. Another group of members from the team I would be working on came in 40 later. I was interviewing with around 10 people at the same time. It felt more like a team meeting instead of a job interview. The whole experience was really odd and a bit uncomfortable. I was extremely disappointed in the interview process and the fact that I was never assigned a Recuriter so I could reach out for feedback. The whole process took about an hour and a half.

Question 1
There were so many people in the room asking questions all at the same time that I really can't recall what was asked.
