Greeted and shuffled into small conference room, filled out app and waited 10 mins or so until the C.O.O came in & almost immediately came off like he had better things to do. Then why are you doing the interview? I know I made a good impression/asked the right questions about the position and company. Felt like a good fit for my skill set/experience and was reflected in my resume and answers to his same ol' same ol' interview questions Again, the C.O.O seemed to just want to end the interview but said he was interested in following up and would call me to set up a 2nd interview which never happened. After reading more about the company on here & other sites + the vibe I got from them & their office, I'm grateful they didn't follow up.
