Interview
You are contacted by a College Relations Recruiter by email for a phone interview. During the interview you give information about what brands you are interested in working at. After the phone interview they set you up on an in person interview with the department you had interest in.
Interview process was very conversational, with casual questions on the experience and resume. Went in detail into recent experiences on the resume and asked me to elaborate on specific skills and weaknesses. Overall very positive experience
The interview was okay. The people were nice. On my way in a worker asked to touch my Afro and that was bothersome to me. But the questions were thought provoking and helped make the process enjoyable and more conversation like.

The interview consisted of two phone calls - one with a recruiter and then one with the hiring manager who you would work under. The interviews aren’t long and consist of learning more about the role and company and answering some questions.
