Interview
A pretty standard interview process where you talk about your background and the company and why you're a good fit for the job. The interviewer was the potential boss and was asking questions based on the resume she had on hand. After the interview it took 2+ weeks for a decision to be made.

Interview
I met with HR, then the hiring manager. I enjoyed my interview with HR more than the hiring manager as HR interview was focused on job qualifications and hiring manager interview was essentially a vibe check. Hiring manager rescheduled my interview at the same time as it was supposed to start. It seemed like the goal for this role here is a personality hire. Was told verbatim that the hiring manager was not looking for someone who was interested in growth within the department, because their previous assistant was not interested in growth, and that assistant left because of the in-office requirement of the role.

Interview
The interview process was fine, nothing I would describe as amazing but usually the bigger the company the less they work to make the process human. The person interviewing was very kind however the follow up process is nonexistent and can be slow.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Paramount
Interview
incredibly and unnecessarily long process for an entry level role
even with my resume passed along to the hiring manager i still had 7 rounds of interviews with the team over the course of 2.5 months
i was also asked strange questions
