Ich hatte ein sehr nettes und aufschlussreiches Gespräch mit HR und dem Teamlead. Alle verlief freundlich und auf Augenhöhe. Die beiden Interviewer haben sich viel Zeit genommen und mich in den Büros herum geführt.

3 rounds of video call interviews. first with the recruiter, then the hiring manager, then the cross department leads. Process and expectations was clear. Recruiter was very communicative and sent regular updates in the process, feedback, and follow up notes.
