I had one interview with the recruiter who had to reschedule with me twice. She said I’d be hearing from her in two days, and then never got back to me. I didn’t mind though, I understand the nature of rejection. However, I did hear from her a month later, in which she sent over the classic auto generated rejection— unfortunately, she CCd everyone else who was also rejected for the role… yeah, not BCCd. Very unfortunate and unprofessional. I don’t like my business being aired out and feel like it was a breach of privacy being able to see the others who were rejected. Also not to mention that this women seemed to have no idea what was on the actual job posting (on a total aside). Overall negative experience.
