The hiring process took about 1.5 months. The recruiter was very unprofessional and kept stating negative comments about my experience. She was trying to belittle my experience and make me feel about applying to other jobs at Paramount. She stated she did not inform the team that I have applied to other roles at the company as if this is a bad thing. She also did not let me think about the offer she was calling me constantly after 4 hours of receiving the job offer. Also, it seems that they were giving me the temporary offer instead of the salaried exempt job offer that I had initially applied for 2 months ago.

Very smooth, more like a conversation than an interview. It started with an overview of the company and then questions about me including details such as my background, education, and experience. I felt calm and under no pressure, good experience.
