I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Paramount (New York, NY) in Feb 2022
Interview
3 rounds of meetings that were all very straight forward, communicative with Human Resources throughout the process. The first round was informational with the recruiter and then the next was an interview with someone on the team, walked through my resume, they asked a few questions about why this company, then another round of interviews with 2 people I would be working with and then another with the hiring manager.

Question 1
One question they asked was my favorite IP at Paramount and why I'm excited to look at it.
Recruiter was communicative and responsive throughout the process. Everyone I spoke with felt genuine, intelligent and supportive. Given the current state of the company, they were also honest about how the streaming team fit into future plans, which I appreciated.

Interview
The interview process was standard. I had 3 rounds of interviews that seemed to go well, and then I never heard from the company again. Being ghosted in a difficult job market is frustrating. It would be better to receive a generic email saying the company went with a different candidate.
The interview process took about 2 months. In that time I met with about 10 people, which is a lot! However, I enjoyed the process and really appreciated meeting so many people on the team and getting to inquire about the role. Because it was a long process it was a bit anxiety-inducing but honestly what interview process isn't?
