ParentPay .NET Developer interview questions

The interview process started with the HR connecting over a call and scheduling the interviews. Had 2 rounds of Technical Interviews and a managerial. technical round was of medium difficulty they asked me questions about Interface, Classes, Frameworks and 2 coding questions. Managerial round was about how people work at Parentpay and my social skills. HR connected over a call and told me I got selected, but later started decreasing on the CTC promised before. And this was not once but twice.
