Parity Software Developer interview questions

Coding - 1, System design - 1, Technical - 1, Hiring Manager -1. Hiring manager was so funny, he said 'they asked me to ask these questions' dont know who is instructing the hiring manager itself and just read the culture fit questions from a doc. The recruiter was very poor with the communication, and not consistent throughout the process. Highly doubt if its a professional setup and recommend to stay away from interviewing.

Fair process straightforward process with interviewers from different backgrounds. Interesting people to talk to. I think it is worth the shot to try here. I like how open the people are.
