Most of a single day, flown in, classic interview style with tour, face to face with ~6 high level managers. Very cordial, open communications. Great shop and labs. Actually, a fun day!

Interview
Phone interview first. If you pass that then you will be invited for an in person interview that lasts several hours where you meet with the lab director and the senior formulation chemist. The interview will end with a tour of the plant and lab. The interview experience overall was OK with the exception of having to wait three months to receive an offer.

Filled out a job application and work history survey. Met with the Human Resources Manager to discuss employment history and job benefits. Interviewed with the Operations Manager for one hour. The interview was in a relaxed environment. The position has been open for over a year, but the job was posted only two months prior to the interview.
