HR called for an initial interview, it went good and she passed my information on to the supervisor for that specific site. They than contacted me to set up an interview with 3 other she worked with. Set up another interview with 2 of the same people plus another 3(making it me interviewing with 5 staff members). HR than contacted me a few hours later offering me the position.

Phone interview with recruiter. Then in-person with leads of department and clinics. I had about 3 interviews until I was offered a position. Looking back I am happy with their decision to interview me multiple times, besides the fact you would never hear back from the ones that rejected you. Regular interview questions and a tour of each department. I was also able to shadow a LPN before I accepted their offer.
