Interview
A Face to face interview with 3 members of the Company present plus1 on the telephone. Started by asking what I knew about the company then a walk through of my CV with emphasis on my control experience . Ending with lots of general questions along the lines of 'Do you have experience of...' but nothing technical. Several new details regarding the role came out of the questions which were not in the original role description which turned out to be dealbreakers

Interview
3 interviews, very basic SMART type questions. THe interview was on a friday and there were three of them scheduled. Each on was with a pair of engineers or managers who asked a bunch of questions. The questions were not overlapping since they obviously split it up. It was very conversational and not very tough in my opinion.
Then the HR manager spoke 1:1 and then the hiring manager.
