I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Parker Hannifin (Richmond, CA) in Mar 2019
Interview
HR called me, and then the Hiring Manager contacted me for a 2nd interview. The hiring manager asked some basic behavior questions, nothing technical. He said he or HR will contact me for the result, and HR also said they will let me know how it goes. However, HR started to ignore all of my emails after some time. I understand not responding email for some applicants who just applied, but most of them responded if we had 1-hour long interview. It was a very disrespectful and unprofessional experience.

Interview
One call, very straight up, just know you resume well and be prepared to answer the fairly basic personality questions: why would you be a good fit, what do you bring to the role. etc. I really didn't have any technical questions but I would expect that most have some.

Interview
My interview was one round, but I know for certain positions it is more than that. I was asked to send in more information after my interview that supported my resume and I heard back in about a week.

Interview
Interview process is multilevel with many questions requesting specific examples of scenarios from your work history. First level is phone screening. Next level is an in person interview. At the very least the in person interview will be a panel interview with members from different disciplines at the company.
