1 phone call with HR, 1 online interview with manager, 1 in-person interview with 3 member panel. All within the span of 1.5 weeks or so. Was accepted offered a position a couple day later.

Power point presentation. You pick your project to present. If they do not like your project, you are basically done for. They prefer physical, design project. Best if you can bring your project to the interview and show them.
