Interview
Interview coordinator emailed, had a quick phone about Parler and my experience/why I'm interested. Scheduled 1 hour phone interview with an engineering manager. Very conversational. Seemed to go well. Ended up chatting for 2 hours. My own analysis: Great conversation; Skills: good, culture: perfect fit; experience level: perfect.
Interviewer and I ended the call, said goodbye etc. Talked about next steps, who I will talk to next .
I never heard from Parler again. I tried following up with emails to coordinator, no response.
I understand there were difficulties the company faced soon after my interview (I heard lockout of office 365), but it's been 3 months now...
One lady called me and Set up an interview, and then emailed me 10 minutes before that interview that they're not interested to interview. Unprofessional in every aspect, stay away from this company.

Did not participate in the interview as they cancelled without any reason.
