The hiring team doesn’t thoroughly review applications they received. I applied online for a position that explicitly required U.S. citizenship, and I clearly indicated my status as a U.S. citizen multiple times throughout my application. However, just a few days after submitting my application, I received an email from Partner Forces stating that they could only hire U.S. citizens at this time due to the nature of their federal contract. A careful review of my application would have confirmed my citizenship status. I am genuinely confused as to why I was sent that email.
