      Customer Service Representative Interview

      8 Dec 2017
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

The process took 1 week. I interviewed at PartnerStack in Nov 2017

      Interview

Had a chat over the phone about general experience then was invited for a in person interview at the office. The interview process needs some tweaking, I can defintely see how some may see it as unprofessional - messy office, late to interview. The questions were easy and it was almost like chatting to a friend which made it really confusing and hard to gage what exactly they were looking for in a candidate. Then afterwards I was told I would hear back either way and that was not the case. Its more annoying someone is being unprofessional in not responding than it is not getting the job.

      Account Manager Interview

      2 Mar 2018
      Anonymous employee
      Toronto, ON
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PartnerStack (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2016

      Interview

After being connect through a mutual contact, I spoke with the CEO bryn on the phone for about an hour. It was very conversational and felt that I learned both a lot about the company and the culture from the call. Bryn sent me an email that same day, inviting me to their office for an interview. Before this interview he sent me mock emails from clients to see how I would respond. The emails went well, and I went into the meet the team the following week. I spoke for about an hour with Bryn as well as their head of sales Luke for another 30. The questions were a balance between the casual 'get to know you' and more serious 'how would you take this business problem'. After a short presentation I went out with a few members of the team for lunch. The following week I received a call and an offer from the company, Overall the process was pretty streamlined, and made their intentions and process clear.
