Interview
The interview was fairly informal, as I had previously done business with the interviewer. That said, everything was very professional. The interview lasted about 30-45 minutes and the interviewer had me fill out an application to forward on to their HQ at the end of our meeting. I was disappointed that I did not get an offer, though I knew I wasn't a perfect fit for the position. I was more disappointed that the interviewer did not at least send me a note about the lack of offer, as we have a mutual friend who assisted in setting up the interview.

Pleasant process. Welcoming and warm. Several interviews from direct supervisor to office manager and CEO. Be up front and honest (they are). Have your "I"s dotted and 'T"s crossed. They ARE a very professional firm and hold true to their values and promises. Be confident and comfortable and make sure you are PREPARED (research the company before hand!).
