I was very prompt for my interview, and I had to wait 10 minutes because Anthony V. Gach was busy sorting through papers. Now, when you're conducting an interview, you DON'T let your prospective employee sit in front of your desk, twiddling his thumbs, while you keep filing your papers. TERRIBLE interview etiquette on behalf of the employer. Needless to say, I was hired on the spot and started working right after the interview. He never checked my paperwork or anything...so this was illegal to do, and he will be prosecuted for it. He doesn't conduct background checks either, so rest assured you'll be working with potential felons as co-workers.
