Interview
Horrible face to face interview. Met with HR, then QA, then Architect, then with two junior software engineers. The two software engineers I met with gave me a massive grilling, and one was extremely rude. He thought he was God's gift to technology. Younger very inexperienced, unprofessional staff.

Lots of technical questions ... looking for lots of detail that most software engineers wouldn;t know or care about.

Interview
Two phone interviews, then two on-sights with multiple people. A couple of people during the onsight interview were argumentive. One person was actually rude when concluding the interview process.
