It was a job fair. They do all of their hiring during the job fair. It's a "first come, first serve" kind of thing, but everyone cuts in line so no matter how early you get there, you're going to end up losing your spot. During the job fair, they let groups of people go in and pick the department they want to apply to. All of the departments are there and have tables set up where people wait in line for an interview. The interview is short and shouldn't really be considered an interview at all. All I was asked was if I had transportation and if I got out of school early. Then I got my W2 form and other paperwork, waited in another line for about an hour, handed in my paperwork, and got my picture taken for my ID. Pretty simple. The only time people don't get hired is when they show up too late for the job fair and there aren't any positions open anymore. They get filled up pretty fast because of the amount of people that come to the job fair, but also because previous employees automatically get rehired.
