Second round was more more deep down into the experience level with the department manager. No case study yet, more to see if previous work was aligned with what they were looking for. Third round was case study/exercise submission. And fourth and final round was the presentation of the case study/exercise in a room with 2-3 other candidates and the Patagonia team
