The interview consisted of two virtual interview conducted by store managers at other locations, and a phone interview by a local manager. The interviewers were friendly and the actual interviews were straight-forward, but the scheduling over the course of this process was a bit chaotic.

Two zoom calls, very friendly, typical questions about retail experience and customer service situations. First call is more general, about yourself and why Patagonia and second call is more specific about experiences.

2 rounds of interviews, organized, streamlined, and great questions. They emphasize the importance of environmental philanthropy. Both rounds of interviews were behavioral, and included a mix of specifics and broad personality questions. Both interviewers were friendly and seemed genuinely interested in and engaged with what I had to say.
