Interview
I’m confident in saying I doubt the recruiters thoroughly read resumes before reaching out to candidates. I was contacted by a recruiter for a phone screen, replied to the email with times I’m available and she never emailed back. Fast forward 1 month another recruiter reached out to me stating the initial recruiter left the company but she’d like to speak to me. I had a pleasant interview with the recruiter and set me up for another interview with the team leads. On the panel interview it was a nice conversation. A few days past the recruiter emailed me saying they moved on with other candidates and I didn’t have enough E&S experience. If my resume had been read they would’ve seen that. Could’ve also just been a cop out.

Interview
First, you have a quick 15-minute call with the direct supervisor/manager. Next, you complete some sort of assessment or test for your role with a meeting with the same manager. Following that, you meet with the head of the department like the CRO. The last interview varies, but usually, it's another high-level person like the Chief of Staff or CEO.
Set up an interview only to stop it 2 minutes in stating "they found out last minute that the position had been filled." Your literal job as a hiring manager/talent acquisition should be to efficiently and consistently communicate with others involved in the hiring/interview process, which clearly did not happen in this case. Complete waste of my time.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They didn't ask any, because the interview never should have been set up had the people involved done their jobs effectively and realized the position had already been filled. Pathetic.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for us. We take all of our reviews - both positive and negative - into serious consideration. We believe this is in reference to a role we were hiring for last year, and if our recollection serves us correctly, there was miscommunication between us and the recruitment agency we hired to help us fill the position. We take responsibility for the blip in communication and we apologize for the inconvenience it brought to you and any other candidate it affected. Your time is valuable and we're sorry to have not relayed that the position had been filled sooner. Thanks again for the valuable feedback as we streamline our processes so this doesn't happen again.
