Patriot National interview questions

Manager and RVP in jeans and tee shirt. Very unprofessional and only asked about personal life questions. Made fun of other people was not a good first impression. Explained how unpleasant the workload would be but would be compensated for it. Working long hours and a lot of OT.

Brief call with HR followed by in person interview. Thought it went pretty well. Did not hear back from HR or interviewees for over a month despite sending follow-up email and phone call to HR contact. All good if they chose to go with someone else but annoyed that they decided to ignore the follow-ups rather than inform me that they have decided to move forward elsewhere.
