Recruitment Process Overview
A company visited our university for campus hiring, and the selection process consisted of two rounds:
1. Group Discussion Round
Candidates were evaluated based on their communication skills, critical thinking, and ability to present and defend their viewpoints on a given topic.
2. Panel Interview Round
Shortlisted candidates proceeded to a panel interview conducted by a team of five members, including the HR representative and the Team Lead.
This round focused on assessing technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, role suitability, and overall personality.
