Pattle Delamore Partners interview questions

I reached out to HR to confirm they didn't want a technical specialist which they promptly got back to me on. They reviewed my linkedin and messaged me saying they'd love to see my application. Completely ghosted after submitting. I had to follow up a month later where I was given the generic "we have identified applicants who more closely align with the specific requirements for the role at this time". I asked for more specific feedback to help me for future roles and another ghosting. Given the seniority of the role, I was surprised by the treatment, particularly when such a people centric culture is promoted.
